Continue from WAYMARK WMXAJ1.
Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present sixteenth corner bears N88.6°E from T15S R10E S15 C-E-NW 1/64 COR, 1966' distant.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" brass cap on iron pipe; rising 7" in a mound of stones

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The present sixteenth corner bears S, 24" from an E-W fence line. At the corner, there is a U-post with a PROPERTY BOUNDARY sign and an orange Carsonite post with PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MARKER decals. In addition, there is a PROPERTY BOUNDARY sign on a U-post which bears S, 39" distant. Found two ponderosa pines with partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags, LOCATION POSTERS and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on the backsides.

Deschutes National Forest land SW from the sixteenth corner, else private property; see also USDI-Bureau of Land Management, Field Notes of the Dependent Resurvey of a Portion of the Subdivisional Lines, and the Subdivision of Section 15, Township 15 South, Range 10 East of the Willamette Meridian in the State of Oregon; Survey Completed July 16, 1969
