"This tall three-story brick building tower over the Northeast Quadrant of the Square. The building retains its historical appeal despite the single color paint. The cornice of the building has an attractive masonry pattern. The windows on the second and third floors and the side of the first floor are all arched and hooded. Unfortunately, many of the windows have been covered or replaced by small square windows." ~ NRHP Nomination Form
