At the southeast corner of 3rd and Main, this mural is painted on the north wall of a stucco-covered two story brick building. It shows a view of the main street of Seiling in the year 1908, shortly after its settlement. Brick and frame downtown buildings can be seen, with horses an buggies out front. A woman riding horseback is entering the town.
The mural was painted by well known muralist Bob Palmer and his mural students. A granite block is engraved: "Seiling Main Street, Circa 1908 / Scene created August 2001 by Dr. R. Palmer OCU, and art students / Project leader - Cheryl Davidson / Seiling Chamber of Commerce / Plaque by Music Lovers Club".
In front of the mural is the Seiling Veterans Memorial Park which plaques and displays of military equipment.
