Trail Cemetery is located at the intersection of County Roads 2080 North and 730 East, just east of State Highway 34. There is no signage at this location. The cemetery is a small area with 342 burials at this date. The cemetery is surrounded by a white vinyl rail fence, and is well kept. There are no trees in this cemetery.
An interesting metal sign is posted in the southeast corner giving the history and dates of various schools in the area, all of which have been demolished or destroyed.
