This small tombstone has stood in Old Rockwall City Cemetery for so many decades that it is no longer legible.

In 2017, all we can see on the wood is a few random scratches that look to us like they used to be parts of letters.

We think this is a bois d'arc wooden tombstone because of the grain and the way it has held up,
