This is a one-story brick building at 100 S. Main Street. It appears to have once housed a bank, however, we have been unable to verify that. But the architecture screams "bank". This is a one-story brick building with a canted entrance. The building is heavily embellished with rusticated stone. Each window unit has a large pane, with a fanlight which is currently covered with metal siding. At the top of each unit there is a large keystone, and stones forming heavy arches.
A stone belt course wraps around the building between the windows and their fanlights. An additional stone belt course wraps the building approximately one foot beneath the roof line. There are brick pilasters at each side of the canted corner, as well as the southeast corner. The pilasters are topped with stone capitals and round balls. The upper wall has rows of dentil brick and stone coping.
Above the canted entrance is a stone panel which reads "1906". The ground floor is occupied by Peixotto Insurance Agency.
