This is a two-story red brick building, with few frills. The roof is flat, with small raised parapets sections above each storefront division. At the center of the Main Street elevation is a stone block which reads: "19 BUCK 16".
One storefront on Main Street, and one storefront on Broadway are being used, and are the home of the Alabama-Quassarte Tribe, which they call their Tribal Town. These offices handle the business of the Tribe.
On the southwest corner of the building, at the street intersection, a storefront has been completely filled in with light colored brick, as has another storefront along Broadway. At the rear of the building facing Broadway, two storefront remain exposed and appear to be used for storage.
The tribal storefronts have large display windows and a single door on Main, and double doors on Broadway. Both storefronts have red cloth awnings. The second floor has a row of single one-over-one windows, with a continuous stone sill. On the upper wall are rows of slightly projecting brick.
