Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present corner bears N1.2°W from T15S R10E S23 24 25 26 COR RM 1, 5326' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" aluminum cap on aluminum pipe; rising 4"

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The present corner bears NNW, 12" from a NW corner fencepost. There are two U-posts. One, with PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs, bears S, 41" distant. The other, with a PROPERTY BOUNDARY sign, bears W, 48" from the corner. Found a ponderosa pine with a partly healed blaze, a yellow BEARING TREE tag and a LAND SURVEY MONUMENT sign on the backside. There is also a western juniper on fenced private property.


What property is this mark defining?:
Deschutes National Forest land SW from the corner, else private property
