Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present corner bears N1.2°W from T15S R10E S23 24 25 26 COR RM 1, 2658' distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on iron pipe; rising 4"
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The quarter corner bears W, about 50' from a 2x4" wire mesh fence. There are PROPERTY BOUNDARY and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on a U-post which bears N, 34" distant. In addition, there are two wood lath witness stakes. Found a ponderosa pine and three western junipers with partly healed blazes, yellow BEARING TREE tags and LAND SURVEY MONUMENT signs on the backsides.
