"50. 10 W. 5th Street, c. 1900. This two-story building has a decorative cornice line with brick dentils and brackets. The second story has three tall, narrow windows with simple limestone hoods. "Shutters added; brick sandblasted 4/79; clapboard-like siding on 1st story.
Bracketed sone lintels over flat arch windows with stone lug sills; decorative cornice treatment with brick dentils and brackets.
