[DE] "Hoch über Sayn bei Bendorf am Rhein thront die 800 Jahre alte Stammburg der Fürsten zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Sayn. Hier genießt man einen herrlichen Rundblick von den Höhen des Westerwaldes über die Rheinebene bis hinüber zu den Vulkanbergen der Eifel.
Die Burg ist entweder über einen kurzen Fußweg vom Garten der Schmetterlinge (10 min.) oder mit dem Auto über die L-306 nach Bendorf-Stromberg aus erreichbar. Das Burggelände ist frei zugänglich. Burg Sayn ist ein Mitglied der Perlen Deutscher Burgen und Schlösser."
