The Dr. Seuss National Memorial is a series of bronze sculpture depicting Dr. Seuss, a.k.a. Theodor Geisel, and his many zany characters. It is located at the Quadrangle at 29 Edwards St., Springfield, MA.

Six sculpture groupings comprise the Dr. Seuss National Memorial. All the sculptures were created by Lark Dimond-Cates and cast at the Art Research & Technology, foundry. They were installed as part of the Sr. Seuss Sculpture Garden in 2002.

Dr. Seuss and the Cat-In-The-Hat

The Storyteller featuring a the book Oh, The Places You'll GO, the Grinch, Max and Gertrude McFuzz.

The Horton Group with Horton the Elephant, Thidwick the Big-hearted Moose, Sam I Am, Thing 1 and Thing 2, znd Sally and her brother.

The Lorax

Yertle the Turtle and the turtles of the pond.

A bronze sign identifies the Dr. Seuss National Memorial. It is inscribed:

Theodor Seuss Geisel, known to the world as the
beloved children's author and illustrator
Dr. Seuss, was born in Springfield, Massachusetts, in
1904 and drew much of his early inspiration
from his hometowm. May this memorial serve to
spark creativity in future generations.
