Homecoming is located outdoors, along the walkway between the Museum’s main building & hangar bay one. At the National Museum of Naval Aviation - Pensacola, Florida.

"Homecoming was sculpted by former Museum director and acclaimed artist, retired Navy Captain Bob Rasmussen. The sculpture depicts a Naval Aviator reunited with his family following a long deployment. These reunions are defining and poignant moments for military families. His inspiration was taken from a photograph of Rasmussen's son, Navy Lt Commander Eric Rasmussen, and his family during a homecoming celebration in 1999."
