Le lieu où s'est déroulée cette manifestation est marqué par un mur d'expression dont les porteurs d'un projet datant de dix ans sont Quentin dit Topaz et Mickaël dit Mak.
Une protection juridique a permis à ces deux peintres d'avoir les outils réalistes pour l'initiation à la pratique du graffiti. Ce mur de la caserne a été mis à leur disposition en octobre 2016. Depuis, Quentin et Mickaël proposent des ateliers ouverts à tous et gratuits car financés par la cohésion sociale, la ville de Tours et Tours Habitat.
Cette peinture murale se déroule sur une longueur de 300 mètres , les dessins sont très variés.
