Located in the center of the town at the intersection of Main and Broadway, this is a two-story brick building currently occupied by the Irby Law Firm.
There is a single storefront with a deeply recessed wood and glass entry door. The door is flanked by four display windows on either side. The clerestory is exposed but is surrounded by newer brick and is part of a later remodel.
There are four one-over-one double hung windows on the second floor, which have fixed transoms overlaid with metal design work. The four windows have continuous rusticated stone sills and lintels. Two additional rows of rusticated stone run across the upper wall. The roof line is ornate with rusticated stone coping, a finial at either end, and a raised, curved stone pediment at the center. Engraved in this stone, with raised letters is "HAMILTON 1903".
