Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present corner bears N88.4°E from T15S R10E S15 22 1/4 COR, 1313' distant.
Type of survey mark: 3-1/4" brass cap on iron pipe; rising 7" in a mound of stones

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
Found two ponderosa pines with partly healed blazes and the usual complement of metal signs, including a LOCATION POSTER on each.

What property is this mark defining?:
Deschutes National Forest all around; see also USDI-Bureau of Land Management, Field Notes of the Dependent Resurvey of a Portion of the Subdivisional Lines, and the Subdivision of Section 15, Township 15 South, Range 10 East of the Willamette Meridian in the State of Oregon; Survey Completed July 16, 1969
