Holdenville City Hall is a two-story brick building constructed in 1910. To the rear (North) of the building, this attached addition was constructed in 1951. It is a one-story brick building, completely utilitarian, with no frills. The roof is flat with a raised parapet, and there are three large overhead bays facing W. main for the fire trucks. A fourth bay is adjacent, located in the main City Hall building. A single pedestrian door is located north of the three overhead doors.

Behind the fire department area, the building extends to the northeast and houses the Police Department.

Around the building corner from the south bay door is a concrete cornerstone which reads:
