Located to the east of the small frame railroad depot at 311 W. Oklahoma, this is a two-story brick building, which has a one-story brick addition to the south. Windows on the second floor are 12-over-1 single hung windows with wood framing, with metal awnings on the facade windows. The facade faces west and has four rows of slightly projection bricks on the upper wall for decoration. Beneath this is a stone panel which reads: "19 A.L. Pallmer 12".

The building and its addition have a common porch covered with a flat wood canopy, and supported by brick pillars. The storefronts are wood with multi-paned display windows. The north wall is stucco'd, as well as the south wall of the addition. A very nice mural is painted on the south wall.

Arnold Pallmer (yes, that's his name) built this building and operated it as a cafe. The Pallmer Inn website tells an amazing story of a murder on this location in 1932, which is worth the read. (visit link)
