The Holdenville railroad depot is a small frame building with asbestos wall shingles and a hipped roof with composition shingles. There are two single entrances, one on either side. The windows are 9 over 6 double hung with wood framing. A brick chimney rises from the center of the roof.

The depot stands in a park area on S. Echo Street, about two blocks southwest of Main Street. The grounds have a gazebo, a town clock and a caboose on display. The depot appears to be occupied as a small office.
