Built to be the City Hall and Armory, this building has fallen on tough times.

The building constructed in 1924 as the City Hall and Armory is directly adjacent to the north from the Seminole County Courthouse. The building appears to be unoccupied, but a door on the side was propped open, and high school symbols are painted on the front windows, so it's difficult to tell whether it is being used for some purpose, even storage.
This is a two-story brick building with a flat roof. The brick has been covered with stucco, but can be seen peeking pout from damaged stucco. The number 104 has been painted on the front which might represent the address of 104 S. Wewoka Avenue, but it is not listed as such.
The west facing facade is symmetrical with five bays. The center bay had the original entrance but this has been bricked in. Bays 2 and 4 are slightly projected with windows. Window panes are fixed, with several on the second floor being board up. A cornice wraps around the building at the roofline. On the south side facing the courthouse are two entrances with small wood pediments.
On the northwest corner of the building is a cornerstone which reads:
