Combined War Memorial dedicated in 1921 by local citizens to 15 fellow-citizens killed during Word War I (1914-1918) and 2 victims killed during World War II (1938-1945) at a belfry on a village square in Lešany near Prostejov.

The sandstone monument located on a village square in Lešany just behind a belfry was erected in 1921 as a memorial to 15 fellow-citizens killed during Word War I (1914-1918). The monument was paid from contributions of the local citizens for 9600 Czechoslovak Crowns. After WW II another plaque was added to the monument containg two other names of victims killed during World War II (1938-1945).
