Based on field measured GPS UTM grid coordinates, the present quarter corner bears S88.8°W from T15S R10E S20 21 28 29 COR, 7981' [1.51 mile] distant.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on iron pipe; rising 1" in a collar of stones
What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
There is a LAND SURVEY MARKER decal on an orange Carsonite post which bears E, 57" distant. Found one ponderosa pine with a partly healed blaze, a yellow BEARING TREE tag and an ATTENTION sign on the backside.
What property is this mark defining?:
