Located near the Protestant Cemetery and what looks to be on private property is a historical marker comprised of a large boulder and plaque that reads:

ERECTED ABOUT 1858
FATHER JAMES CROKE, A MISSIONARY
PRIEST HELD FIRST SERVICES HERE.

This historical marker is tucked away from the road and surrounded by lots of miscellaneous equipment. There is no gate so access to this marker is open and available although you may need to get permission from the neighboring property owner to visit.
Nothing remains of this former church today.
