The clock is mounted about 12 feet above the ground, at the north west corner of the building just above the sidewalk. it's about 1.5 feet in length and is square. White face, black hands and Roman numerals. This building is located within both the plaza historic district and old towne Orange historic district. It's a commercial building, with shops on the lower level and business occupying the first. At the corner of the building is a mounted square clock, displaying the time.
