Born in 1936, Albert Beaver had a career at Tinker Air Force Base. When he retired, he became a bailiff at the Seminole County Courthouse. In front of the courthouse, in the shade of the historic Seminole Whipping Tree, Albert's bench is a polished black granite bench, engraved:

The surname BEAVER is engraved on the front side of the bench. He is buried at Oakwood Cemetery in Wewoka.
