Le 3 mars 1930, le Tarn entre en crue et détruit tout dans le village de Reynies.
14 personnes vont mourir ce jour là malgré une importante mobilisation des habitants.

Sur le pont actuel, une échelle indique le niveau atteint par les eaux ce jour-là, plus de 12m au-dessus du niveau normal de la rivière.

14 people will die that day despite an important mobilization of the inhabitants.

On the current deck, a ladder indicates the level reached by the waters that day, more than 12m above the normal level of the river.
