Neal Hurst's headstone is in Maple Grove Cemetery, a lovely area on the west side of Seminole. His tree stump marker stands on a slab of marble. The Woodmen of the World seal at the top has the crossed implements beneath.

His inscription is on a smooth rectangle beneath the seal and reads:
