The day that I photographed the trig, there had been a mountain bike challenge on the hill, and 'everybody' was leaving, which drastically slowed down my access, as there are a couple of one-lane cattle grids on the dirt road up to the look out.
The metal pipe quadrapod is above a Victorian Survey Marker disc, as is typical of that side of the border. The trig is next to a 'radio' transmission tower, and short walk up from the end of the dirt track.

* While this metal framed trig does not show up 'over-the-border' on SIX Maps NSW imaging, the nearby Huons No. 2 (Vic) [TS5685] trig does show. *
Access: Kenneth Watson Drive is a bitumen road past the Gaza Ridge Army Barracks, but turns into a dirt road as it enters some form of Public Access Reserve - "Wodonga Regional Park". It then winds it way around and up to the Huon Hill Lookout parking area.
