Maple Grove Cemetery lies on the west side of Seminole and is a large cemetery with about 5600 burials.
Sarah's headstone is a traditional tree stump marker, standing on four horizontal logs and engraved with a calla lily. The seal is shaped like a shield, has the crossed implements, and the letters W C for Woodmen Circle.
Her inscription is on a shield and reads:
