The chateau was rebuilt from an older mansion in the middle of the 16th century. After 1683, the building gained the present four-winged form. Today the chateau is in private hands and serves as a guest house.

Zámek byl prestaven ze staršího sídla v pol. 16. stol. Po roce 1683 získala budovu kapitula sv. Víta na Pražském hrade a dala zámku nynejší ctyrkrídlou podobu. Dnes je zámek v soukromých rukou a slouží jako penzion.
