Les 34 zones de la ville de Saint Ouen, sont généralement à proximité de parc, d'espaces de jeux pour enfants, ...
Chacun (enfant comme chien) a un espace qui lui est spécifiquement destiné !
Celui-ci, entouré d'immeuble n'a pas de parking. On n'y vient pas en voiture mais on descend de son logement pour permettre à son ami à 4 pattes à courir un peu et faire ses crottes dans un endroit dédié.

This one, surrounded by building has no parking. We do not come by car but we get out of his home to allow his 4-legged friend to run a little and do his poop in a dedicated place.
