This Memorial is located on the grounds of the Bovard Volunteer Fire Department in Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County.

Originally built during World War II, this Memorial has been refurbished recently to include a brick walkway and a memorial bench to honor two commrades.

The Memorial is of a stone and flagpole type containing a bronze plaque on the front stating the Memorial is dedicated to those from Bovard Community who served the country in World Wars I and II.
