This impressive monument stands upon a large concrete base, with two tiers of plinth to support the rest, and it looks like it was once topped by an urn. There are some missing screws and some damage to one panel (with the wreath), and three of the four panels lack any inscription. The family name, "Moore", is on the front, and the main panel says:

On the other three panels are a wreath of roses, a bouquet, and an anchor.
