At the intersection with Hood Avenue in Sisters, turn onto Elm Street. In about 0.4 miles, Elm Street becomes FR16, Three Creek Lake Road. Travel S from the intersection for about 1.3 miles and turn right onto the Brooks-Scanlon Logging Road, FR1605. Continue generally NW then W for a total of 1.3 miles. Turn left onto Edgington Road, FR1505, and proceed 0.5 miles. Turn right onto Remuda Road, FR1505-210, and continue about 0.1 miles to the quarter corner on the left.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on iron pipe; rising 4" in a collar of stones

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The quarter corner is S, about 20' from the center of Remuda Road. There is a PROPERTY BOUNDARY sign on a U-post which bears S, 33" distant. Found a ponderosa pine with a partly healed blaze, a yellow BEARING TREE tag and an ATTENTION sign on the backside. There is a second bearing tree on fenced private property. A 1/2" iron rod set by George J. Cook in 1964 bears W, 6'9" from the present quarter corner. For details, see survey CS00572 filed in the Deschutes County Surveyors Office.
