As of this posting (11/2017), the building's address is 124 W Oak St broken into Suites A, B, and C. Dark Age Tattoo occupies what was the original #124, while The Ghost Note, a drums/percussion store, is in what was originally #120. Upstairs is Pediatric Therapy, Inc.
The National Register's Continuation Sheet (see link to narrative) does not focus on this building as it does for several other key buildings in the district, such as the Evers and Scripture buildings. Interestingly, it dates the building to around 1890, while a National Register Plaque on the front of the building indicates 1907, mentioning that the Meentzen Bakery had been here. There is a 1956 photo of the north side of the square in "Denton" from Arcadia's Images of America series (Caraway and Cupit, authors), and the caption notes that Blair Electric was in #124 and Tobin's Drug Store was in #120. The building is also seen in a few other images throughout the book, but without any further information.
