The Arona Borough Veterans Memorial is located near the center of the small community home to 370. There are a couple of churches and a post office in the small community that has a four way stop sign as its main attraction.
The memorial is along the main road across from the borough park and post office. it is of a world-war II type that has been renovated in recent years. It has gold stars down the sides along with an bald eagle at top. At the bottom, it has the six seals of service and at the middle is a plaque stating In the memory of the men and women of Arona community who served in our country's wars. It further reads below to state that in memory of all veterans who served our great nation in times of war and peace
