Die Trifthütte, auch als Alpe Haldenwang bezeichnet, ist das südlichste Gebäude Deutschlands. (visit link) Nach dem Schild liegt die Hütte auf 1759 Meter Höhe, nach dem Beitrag in Wikipedia über das Gebiet Haldenwanger Eck, in dem die Hütte liegt, auf 1742 Meter (und nach eigener Messung auf 1780 Meter).

This hut is the southernmost building in Germany. It is at a hight of 1759 Meter (according to the plaque) or at 1742 Meter (according to the German Wikipedia) respectively 1780 meter according to my GPS.
