The wayside shrine located at Y-junction at north border of village Chotetov near Benatky nad Jizerou comes from 2nd hlaf of 17th century. On the low hexagonal base there is hexagonal column made of plastered bricks with six niches. The wayside shrine is roofed with red ceramic shingles and on the topm of the roof there is a wrought iron cross. Inside one of the niches there is a sign:
"Pochválen bud Pán / JEŽÍŠ KRISTUS ! (Praised be Jesus Christ !)
There is also information that the wayside shrine was renovated in 1900 thanks to the donation of Frantisek and Maria Cerhovi
