The sign is headed Customer Service & is about the migration of Little Terns. There are several similar signs about bird migration at this location beside the Shoalhaven River but this is the only one suffering the ignominy of being eaten.
Perhaps the tree thinks the Customer Service is pretty good.
Type of Tree: Banksia
