In New Shoreham, along Spring Street, is this abstract sculpture under a tree.
The sculpture is located at a 90 degree bend in the road. There is a small grass space under a couple trees. The sculpture is about thirty feet from the edge of the road.
The sculpture is an assembly of various metal objects, including scale parts, gears, wheel and other items. It stands about 5 ft tall. There is a little metal sign on a post with the name and web site of the website for the artist:

The web site is the site for the artist. There is a bio page - his studio is in North Kingstown. I did not find a reference to this specific sculpture on the site.
