The website of St. Aldegrund (visit link) reads:

The discovery of an early Christian late Roman women's grave from the time of Emperor Constantine the Great, Roman Emperor of 306-337 AD, was sensational for the experts. During vineyard work in April 1953, a large stone slab with early Christian symbols was discovered. The archaeologists found under the heavy stone lid an intact female grave with extremely rare and valuable gifts. Showpiece was a deep blue glass shell in the form of a ship. Such a rarity has so far only been found in Pompeii.
