Come and learn how life is sustained, and enriched by plants - many of which you can incorporate in your own home garden.

"Discover the astonishing beauty and diversity of more than 170,000 individual native plants at the Cranbourne Gardens. You will find them displayed in settings that capture the essence of Australia's diverse landscape from 'the Red Centre' to the coastal fringes."

Spring time is a great time to see many flowering plants, but autumn is also GREAT. As is typical of Australian bush, caution may be required in summer time, as you will need to take adequate water with you on the gravel tracks. Expect to be there for a couple of hours.

And don't forget, to check out for nearby geocaches.
