A tall pink-rose-coloured granite obelisk stands tall at the Lang Lang Cenotaph, with the gilded inscription for 1939-1945.

While one upper face of the Obelisk lists those who served (and Died) in World War One from the local district, I couldn't see names on the Obelisk for casualties from WW2, but their involvement seems to be recorded.
On one side of the upper part of the base is:
"1939-1945."
While on the adjacent face (of the upper part of the base) is:
"Erected
by the Citizens of
Lang Lang and District
in Proud Memory of those
Who Gave Their Lives
In Service To Their King
and Country
Lest We Forget"
