EN: This limestone fountain stands on Oberdorfstrasse in the north of Nuglar. The fountain has a rectangular trough with bevelled edges and two separate basin segments. The fountain column is unadorned and simple. Due to the slope of the road, it stands on a wedge-shaped foundation to bring it in a horizontal position. A picture from 1976 shows a similar fountain, but with a different shaped pillar, in almost the same place, a little closer to the road.
DE: Dieser Kalksteinbrunnen steht an der Oberdorfstrasse im Norden von Nuglar. Der Brunnen hat einen rechteckigen Trog mit abgschrägten Kanten und zwei abgetrennten Beckensegmenten. Die Brunnensäule ist schmucklos und schlicht. Aufgrund der Steigung der Strasse steht er auf einem keilförmigen Fundament, das ihn in waagrechte Position bringt. Ein Bild von 1976 zeigt einen ähnlichen Brunnen, aber mit einer anders geformten Säule, an fast derselben Stelle, etwas näher an der Strasse.
