Dolly Edith Blair was born on 21 April 1909 to Lewis and Suzanne Clark Blair in nearby Reeds Springs Missouri. She married Otto Byrom (1909-1990), who was 3 months her junior. They had 2 children, a boy and a girl.

Otto passed away when Dolly was 81 years old. She carried on until 11 May 2010, passing away at the Aurora Nursing Home. She was over 101 years old when she died.
