At the intersection with Hood Avenue in Sisters, turn onto Elm Street. In about 0.4 miles, Elm street becomes FR16, Three Creek Lake Road. Travel S from the intersection for about 0.9 miles to the corner on the left.
Type of survey mark: 2-1/2" brass cap on a steel post; rising 6" in a collar of stones

What indicators are near the mark to help people identify where it is located?:
The quarter corner is E, about 1660' from the centerline of FR16. A fence corner bears NE, about 38" distant. Found two western junipers with scribed blazes and yellow BEARING TREE tags. There is also an ATTENTION sign on the backside of the tree in the SE quadrant.


What property is this mark defining?:
City of Sisters property NE from the corner, else Deschutes National Forest land; see also Oregon Corner Restoration Record #0292, filed in the Deschutes County Surveyors Office
