Ruby Lenna Butler, who preferred to be called Lenna, was born on 21 August 1914, during World War I. On 5 October 1939 she married Lester Robinette (1906-1978) who was 8 years her senior. They had 2 children. Lester passed away when Lenna was 64 years old.

Lenna married Val Duncan in 1992 in Green Forest Arkansas, when she was 77 years old. He also preceded her in death. She returned to Blue Eye for her final years, passing away on 26 February 2015, well over 100 years old. She is buried next to her first husband.
