The small administration building is located on the northern side of Liberty Island, in the middle of the Hudson River. The building serves as the visitor center and ranger station for the national park. The building has 4 thin, tall windows complete with lined frames, with Art Deco design. The main entrance also has a square design with some frieze elements.
