I believe, from my research, this is a McCormick Deering Model 15-30, manufactured sometime in the 1920's.
It is located near the town park, on the west side of the town of Kingman, Indiana.
We found this tractor whilst visiting the Freedom Festival and Parade, held annually, the weekend before July 4th, in the small south western Fountain County, Indiana town of Kingman. As a part of this festival, there were vintage tractors on display near the the park.

The first non-indigenous settler in the area that became Fountain County is thought to have been a Mr. Forbes, who arrived here in early 1823 and was soon followed by others. Fountain County was officially created on December 30, 1825, the act taking effect on April 1, 1826; the boundaries of the county have not changed since that time.
