Built in 1916 by Dallas banker John Field for his sister, Mrs. Joseph E. (Lucie) Dulaney, this home remained in the Dulaney family for over fifty years. Joseph Field Dulaney (1876-1968) inherited the home and lived here until his death.

Two-story frame dwelling w/four-square plan drop siding; hip roof w/ composition shingles; box eaves and stick brackets; wood-sash double-hung windows w/multi-pane sash over single-light sash; single-door primary entrance; one-story five-bay porch extends to S. and W. elevations; brick porch piers; square box supports; interior brick chimneys; broad overhanging eaves; stick detailing in gable end including half-timbered effect in gabled extension on facade (west elevation).
